Finding the sun rays in the rainstorm

I  procrastinated writing this post. I  wasn’t sure that I  could. I’m not sure how to even begin summarizing this past month, read my last post here, We really wanted you. I’m not going to get into all the small details, I  can’t help but feel grateful for all the ups and downs, the highs and the lows, because how can I  be grateful for all the happy moments when the tough time played just a profound role on this journey.

Heartaches and loss don’t leave us the same. You will get through it, but you will be different.

I  discovered that being honest with your emotions is the most freeing thing a person could do for themselves. No one can shame me without my permission, so you will read my sad news here before someone tries to use it against me. I’m grateful for my blog, for this form of expression, for I’m not sure where I’d be without writing. This blog has helped me to express my emotions freely without talking out loud. it has given me something to do with my spare time, a sense of purpose. most importantly it’s helping me on my path to self-discovery, shaping me into the woman I envisioned. Every day I’m growing and learning. I’m grateful my experiences can inspire others,  so If something I  say here resonates with you, it was worth it.

The reality is that none of us have things “figured out” and getting older doesn’t necessarily change that. We all going through our own personal struggles that ultimately shapes us into the beautiful, unique, amazing people we are. Even if the now is painful, it’s worth experiencing. One, five, or ten years from now you will look back and remember it fondly.

Thank you to everyone who reached out to me, I appreciate your heartfelt messages and kind words. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Also, I’m sending you all positives vibes as we continue to deal with this crazy pandemic. I hope you all staying safe! I can’t wait for when we allow back outside again lol

Yes to this! The human body wasn’t designed to bottle up all emotions! Thankyou for using this platform to highlight that Sam! I’m reading ( could never finish smh) a book called The voice Of The Heart by Chip Dodd and it highlights that greatly. “Feelings, ultimately are tools we have been given to live fully in a tragic place, where wonder and tragedy, great loves and great losses, intermingle”.

That’s a book is a gift from God the Father for sureeeee.
